Yep, that's flash video. I suggest viewing it with KMPlayer (recommender  
one! http://www.kmplayer.com/forums/index.php, not to be confused with KDE  
KMPlayer) or GOM player (http://www.gomplayer.com/) or Sothink FLV Player  
(http://www.sothinkmedia.com/flv-player/download.htm) or one of the other  
players, there are a plenty of them.

Or, alternatively, download these two codecs to play in almost any other  
video player:

All of these are windows only. You shouldn't have any problems with  
MPlayer under Linux.
