dstring support?

Hello,
will there be sometime in future _d_string version of std.string.find(),  
std.regex.*(),.. (maybe some more widechar unaware, but these two I  
noticed first)?
it really hurts me to have entire program in widechar, and converting it  
to utf8 for calling regex, really slow.
