I would also like to support the idea that denigrating C++, unfairly and 
with an obvious bias, is not the way to promote your ideas in D in any 
way and will just lose for D the interest of intelligent people who 
would otherwise be interested in at least trying it out and contributing 
to ideas of what it might be.
