GUI/Windowing/Graphics/etc library (http://www.dsource.org/projects/unid) which I look forward to developing a commercial multimedia production suite on top of.

I would gladly pay for a stable and feature rich eclipse plugin or comparable IDE, but I would need to work on Linux, OSX, and Windows.
