 * Ditch enum for manifest constants
 * Get rid of foreach_reverse
 * Make closures stack allocatable

What is really missing:

 * Struct interfaces (not necessarily implemented as with classes, although
casting would be nice, but mainly the ability to say that a struct conforms
to a given interface)
