I don't think Walter has any need to set up a BT tracker on his own server.

And in fact, the instructions I posted yesterday are actually 
unnecessarily complex.

Turns out, Mininova now lets you simply upload a file to their server, 
and they take care of everything else: creating the "torrent" file, 
seeding it, tracking it, everything.
