Hg error checking out dwt-win

Duh, I'm blind.  Trying to working on too many different "proects" at
the same time.

Actually I found the error by going back to Mercurial 1.0.1 for
Windows.  When I did that I got the much more useful error message
"abort: 'http://hg.dsource.org/proects/dwt-win' does not appear to be
an hg repository!"
Instead of "abort: requirement '<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01
Transitional//EN">' not supported!"
