Oh man, and it's even extensible and would mesh perfectly with the
existing syntax:

case 1, 3: // 1 or 3
case 5, .., 9: // 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
case 10, 12, .., 17, 19: 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19
