D users in Munich, Rome, Venice, or Frankfurt?

Bisse, like stobe, are mostly known in the capital metro area, and the 
bilingual South-West coast. Kalja is used all over. But then, one can 
hardly find anybody even in the most rural areas, who wouldn't know the 
English word beer.
