The Peter Langtangen book you mention is easily found on the net, no
password required. Frankly, if your book isn't available as a piratable
PDF, your book is a failure -- meaning there isn't sufficient interest
for people to pirate it. I'm not condoning copyright infringement, I'm
just stating facts.
