Wow, 50% - that's pretty awesome. Amazon seems to be carrying an 
aggressive kick-off campaign to TDPL. This is a good sign; a similar 
campaign worked well for Modern C++ Design.

By the way, UK sales are almost equal in gross volume to US sales, which 
means they're much higher percentage-wise. Kudos to UK hackers!
