I could say the same about these libraries. DWT (the now old D1 phobos 
version) was one of the first projects at dsource.org, released before 
GtkD. QtD was released several years after DWT (the tango version).

* DFL is Windows only
* GtkD and QtD don't use the operating system's functions to draw their 
controls, especially not GtkD
