Web-News Reader Problems

er, I am looking for the newsgroups for the D programming language. I tried to
find USENET groups using Google Groups but there don't seem to be any. Then I
found these postings in www.digitalmars.com/pnews. I can read and reply but cannot
see how to post new topics. Hence I am replying to this slightly related post as a
way of asking for help.
