C++ is a pretty bad example to demonstrate Java's "productivity". That's 
kinda like saying "I can build a house much faster with a rubber hammer than 
with a handful of oatmeal." It'll be a long painful experience either way 
(Although I have to admit DMD's source isn't too bad, but I think that's 
because it seems to be more a 90's C++ than a 2000's C++, back before STL 
iterators, etc ;) ).
