Oh that.
I couldn't care less if my browser is called Firefox or Iceweasel. Firefox 
plugins/extensions work with Iceweasel without any problems and I'm not aware of 
any issues caused by that rebranding.
Also you're free to not install Iceweasel and install the Firefox binaries from 
mozilla.com.
(The same is true for Thunderbird/Icedove)
