That is not intentional document improvment. It sounded like ad-hoc 
mutations to me.
Please review how others has done the organization using the 3 links I 
posted. Get the some solid points on how those 3 are better at the top 
level. Before the next change took place within D.

Format of the documentation needs to be defined properly to make 
navigation and expectations easy.

It is too early for me to do that as I am just 3 week in D.

Perhaps after I have ported over some of my own existing library written 
in Java. I have a better understanding, yes, I will try to contribute 
some sample code tutorial into the pool.

Perhaps a new newsgroup can be created for this purpose instead of
just bugzilla as a bug report. See this site from Puppy Linux.

They documented the OS level help and documentation rather well and can 
be search online via web.
