digitalmars.com/d/2.0 DDoc »stylesheet« needs updating

Recently, some new DDoc macros were introduced in the std.ddoc copy in 
the d-programming-language.org repo, but apparently, these are not 
defined in the version used at digitalmars.com, as e.g. seen here:
http://www.digitalmars.com/d/2.0/phobos/std_datetime.html. In the first 
paragraph below the bullet list (»Closely related to…«), the $(CXREF) 
macro is used, but the page has blanks instead »such as , , and .«.
