I was going to add you, but looks like you are already added 
(Andrei must have done it).

You can be added to the Phobos review board without being a 
member of dlang, but only if an admin of that board does it.  The 
setting is that only members of the organization can add 
*themselves* to the board but an admin can always add anyone.  I 
think this makes sense, if you disagree, let's discuss!
