Did you look at Elkhound? According to the tutorial you can use
actions
in the same way as if you were using an (LA)LR parser. Dunno if
it's sufficient, but with Elkhound an C++-Parser has been written.

where Ira Baxter (maybe you know him) makes a case for DMS, which

I'm not very experienced with parser generators. Just trying to
put all options on the table.
