opBinary!"in" and opIndex for AA's (issue 5030)

Hi All,

I'm looking at issue 5030, and it seems that this is trivially fixable
by defining opBinary!"in" and opIndex in struct AssociativeArray. Is
there any reason why this isn't done (yet)?

If not, I'll submit a pull request soon. :)
