DConf 2014 Call for Site Design

Hello,


As you might have seen in the announce forum, we just opened the call 
for submissions for DConf 2014.

We're looking forward to push requests for improving the site design 
itself. We copied last year's design but we believe a few improvements 
would be welcome. One obvious piece: the 2014 conference logo (for now 
we're just using the generic dlang logo).
