Counting D contributors

"9rnsr" is listed for DMD [1], with very few commits. A wild guess: that 
page only tracks Github accounts. Hara Kenji is doing all his work with 
the "k-hara" username which doesn't correspond to a Github account. 
Although all merged pull request is done with the "9rnsr" account since 
it's done via Github. I'm guessing that page doesn't count merge commits.
