i don't remember if it has proper TLS support. and what the state of
posix emulation libraries there.

the basic questions are TLS support and threading support (how easy it
will be to support pause semantics required by current GC
implementation). everything other is a tedious work of writing wrappers
for "traditional" system calls, boring but doable.

i believe that is shouldn't be very hard though.
