Bounty Increase on Issue #1325927

I suspect that the bigger issue is simply that someone else needs to take
the time to actually dig into the code and figure out how to do it. I don't
think that anyone else has Don's level of expertise in this area, and I
don't know how long it will take someone else to do it, but regardless of
their skill level, it still requires time and initiative, and AFAIK, no one
has stepped up to attempt it.
