David Simcha, May I have permission to document your design patterns?

This is for David Simcha, or whoever owns the copyright on his
excellent presentation on D-Specific Design Patterns
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMNMV9JlkcQ)

I find my self referring to this video from time to time as I
study D.  However, it would be more convenient to refer to these
patterns if they were in written form.  I began documenting them
on the wiki, but I'm guessing I should get permission first.

The wiki defaults to the GNU Free Documentation License 1.3 or
later.  May I have permission to document this information on the
wiki?
