64-bit DMD for windows?

Why mis ?
For example.

Linux :
DMD can use GCC libs.
DMD can compile and link 64 bit app.

Windows :
DMD cannot use both MSVC and MinGW libs.
DMD cannot link 64 apps without installed MSVS.

And it's stays there for a long time.
