I've written a new range I currently call SlidingSplitter at https://github.com/nordlow/justd/blob/master/range_ex.d#L18 which does useful work at https://github.com/nordlow/justd/blob/master/wordnet.d#L621 Is anybody interested in having this in Phobos?
