nononono, i don't want to go into it. ;-)
building DMD is easy and fast. and i'm not sure that i can redistribute
DMD binaries anyway.

i like to see what's coming, so i'm updating and rebuilding DMD at
least once per day. it's easy to keep everything in sync with
relativelty small changes.

besides, i don't like LLVM. ;-)
