kill the commas! (phobos code cleanup)

another code cleanup: removing "comma-separated expressions" from
phobos.

there is only one poisoned file in phobos and druntime: std.uni. there
are some "return a, b;" abominations.

(found with my "warning on comma-separated expressions" patch, so i can
guarantee that nothing is left)
