[NEEDING HELP] Translation of Ali Cehreli's book in French

Hello everyone!

I managed to find time to handle the proofreads and translations I got 
these last months.

I updated the book at http://dlang-fr.org/cours/programmer-en-d/

Four new chapter are available and chapter 1 to 31 (Tableaux 
associatifs) have been proofread.

proofreads and another chapter are coming, as far as I know. This is 
great, thanks to everyone involved for the help!

The translation's repository has moved, as Gitorious is closing. The new 
address is:

git clone https://gitlab.com/programmez-en-d/programmez-en-d.git

For those who are interested in building the book in HTML, you will need 
the lastest version of Whata (really important, the book is using new 
features), here:

git clone https://gitlab.com/whata/whata-php.git
