Improving ddoc

You know, if $(D_CODE) escaped the code properly and `code` was a 
shortcut to it... that'd actually solve my big complaints with 
the ddoc language itself and make it convenient.

Really, those are the two things I want, I don't really care 
about the rest of the argument. Maybe it is PR time.
