In my C++ compiler library documentation, I made a point in the code examples to 
hyperlink every call to a library function to the documentation for that library 
function.

Yes, it would be nice to make this automatic.

LUCKY isn't the only macro I use to make horrific url's palatable. I also use 
them for Amazon links, for example.
