iota and BigInt

[Russel Winder via Digitalmars-d]

It appears that someone fixed 2.067 so that BigInts are integral so
that iota can be used with them. This is good. However if I call:

        iota(begin, end)

where begin and end are immutable(BigInt) then it fails. Is this as it
should be or is this a bug?
