Why aren't you using D at work?

Strong blockers are C/C++ coders who do not wish to learn a new 
language because they are already accustomed to C/C++. Usually 
they say that in D there is no fundamental and significant 
differences from C++, so they believe that to change something 
makes no sense. With this need to fight! :)
