PNG should now be import/exportable. I have not ehh tested this just yet 
however.
Building a test framework for it will be a rather major task and could 
take ~9 hours at least.

My focus isn't too much on the image library. More so on all the other 
code in that repository. My time line still has about a year on it till 
I'm feeling ready to start the PR process after all :)
