Visual studio official d support

A while ago there was a movement to get d included officially in 
visual studio. Just got this email:

  An idea you supported has been closed. Thank you for your 
feedback.

Message:
This is a great candidate for a language service extension. Moved 
to newly created wiki for requested extensions.
