Feel free to submit a corresponding spec change PR stating that 
you want to extend shared's purpose to solve as many concurrency 
problems as possible at any cost and teach people to write 
concurrent code and have Walter review it.

What we need is a shared FAQ with answers to common 
misunderstandings about it.
