User Sub-Forms

Maybe it would be interesting to have a forum for users, by their 
name. e.g.,

Users
    Andrei Alexandrescu
    Walter Bright
    ....

Users can petition to have themselves added. Works by these 
people can then be discussed in these groups. It will also make 
them feel special ;) Which may or may not be helpful.
