I don't know it. However, the official github repository (and the 
ddocs links) points to the old site and to the internet archive 
mirror.
I thought that these information should be the github wiki.

On any case, the github repo should add a link to your page, and 
move the info of the old page to the wiki.

PD: A highlight of SDL for vim/neovim would be great.
