How do we accelerate the development of precise GC, RC and so on?

Same here. Would be happy to donate to the D Foundation or 
Kickstarter (could be the same) to accelerate the growth. Many OS 
projects have managed to grow with money and I am pretty sure 
that it's a lot easier to get motivated if you get real $$$ for 
it.
