Who maintains the D website?

Have a look at "python.org". 2nd language in PYPL, 5th at TIOBE...

Maybe there are some good things on this website that could be 
transposed to "dlang.org", like :
- "easy to learn"
- "easy to use"
- simple examples
- etc...
