Replacing Make for the DMD build

Just an FYI:
Eventually dmd-fe will be split up to be able to work as a library 
(on-going work). At which point in time dub will need to be available 
for use. Now dub should be able to generate any other descriptor that 
you need.

This is where I would put my energy, but it is up to you on where you 
see things going and helps you out the most.
