Good point. SecureD is a cryptography library that is designed to make 
non transport-layer cryptography simple to use. I created it after 
working with OpenSSL and observing that the API design of OpenSSL 
actively encourages broken implementations. Think of it as a 
cryptography library for the rest of us.
