Dear Mr. Bright,
I have been following D for over a decade and rarely commented
here.
You are probably aware that both Linus Torvalds(Linux), and Guido
van Rossum(Python) was recently forced to step down
from their respective "life's work".
I got suspicious when I read that this forum now has a
pre-emptive "spam" filter, and now accessibility is a major
personal concern to you. I'm guessing tomorrow D will need to be
more diverse and inclusive.
Anyway even if you are forced to surrender D to some gender
inverted freak, the project can continue from there after the
enemy is defeated. Have faith.
