I largely agree. dconf should be about personal meetings and 
exchanges (that's a huge difference to what Joakim once 
suggested), and I agree that the lectures at dconf should be much 
shorter, with an exception of very few in-depth talks (that's a 
huge agreement to what Joakim once suggested).
