Indeed. You're free to say whatever you want without fear of 
legal recrimination.

But hiding behind "free speech" when being called out for 
questionable behavior and downvoted? Nope. That's entirely a 
social construct, and if you want to roll with a social group you 
need to behave acceptable for it.

Downvoting. It's not moderation if everyone's calling you an 
idiot.
