Why hasn't DConf online happened yet?

I'm working on it. I've been exploring different options, and a 
handful of people have offered to help out once things get 
rolling. I'm looking at doing it in September. Once I get all the 
pieces in place, I'll make the announcement and overhaul the 
DConf web site.
