I think it would be better if the goals come from the community, 
bottom up builds a better social fabric. If it is top down 
everything falls on one person, and that is not as efficient.

Could be ARC, could be async/await, but it has to be something 
that can be completed within 6 months. Too ambitious goals tend 
to fizzle out,

The better way is to find goals that are different from Rust/Go.
