Need feedback on forum redesign

Remember I did that to make it comfortable to use on small 
screens. So I shared here and there were mixed feelings with the 
users, some like it and some hate it.

Well in the end I use and prefer my layout instead of the CURRENT 
version on mobile.

Now to be honest I would prefer something like this layout:

I would prefer a clean version on desktop too, the current one 
for me is very heavy on all theses borders and so on.

And thinking of mobile.
