D with JIT?

To make it easier for anyone who wants to experiment with the 
idea, I've made this repo: https://github.com/BradleyChatha/idjit

It's a meson based repo that compiles with MIR and DMD-FE.

Hopefully that should ease the burden of getting set up for those 
that just want to mess with the idea of a D JIT (I'm too dumb to 
get anywhere myself ;D).
